Mehran brings two decades of experience spanning molecular biology, venture capital, and bioprocessing leadership. He began his career as a scientist at Boehringer Ingelheim, working in stem cell biology and genetic engineering, before moving into venture capital as an Investment Manager at High-Tech Gründerfonds. He then spent over ten years at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, progressing to Global Key Account Manager and ultimately Global Head of Validation Services, during which time he led licensing, M&A, and go-to-market strategy. Mehran joined Yokogawa Insilico Biotechnology in 2022 as Global Director of Product Management and Marketing, and has served as Chief Executive Officer since February 2024.

Yasuhito's commercial experience within biotechnology stretches back over 15 years. He began his journey by developing the biotech and CDMO ecosystem in the Tokyo & Yokohama regions at the Kihara Memorial Yokohama Foundation for the Advancement of Life Sciences. Thereafter, he managed regulatory affairs at Novozymes Japan. Since 2019, Yasuhito has been at the forefront of Yokogawa's biotechnology expansion across Japan, Europe, and North America. He has been a Managing Director of Yokogawa Insilico Biotechnology since 2023. Yasuhito holds a Ph.D. in molecular developmental biology from The University of Osaka.
